One of the most common questions we receive is how to update your personal details on your TuLotero account. If you’ve ever wondered how to keep your details current, don’t worry — we’ll walk you through it step by step.

How to update your personal details

It’s quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Open the TuLotero app and log in to your account

2. Tap the three white lines in the top left corner to open the menu

3. Select “Account Settings” (you’ll see a gear icon next to it)

4. Your registered information will appear, starting with your email and phone number

What can you update directly?

• Email address: You can update this yourself. If you signed up using a social media account and want to change it, send an email to contact@tulotero.com to request the change.

• Phone number: To update it, first request the removal of your old number by emailing  contact@tulotero.com. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to add your new number.

• Password: This can be changed directly within the same section.

• Optional information: It’s recommended to fill this in — it could help if you win a large prize.
