Start the Year Right: Update Your Personal Data in TuLotero

So now that we’re in January, we’ve all gone through setting our new year’s resolutions and hopefully you’re still sticking with them. If not, we understand, we’ll go to the gym tomorrow, too. While you’re decluttering your home or tackling those resolutions, it’s a good time to remember to make sure your personal data is up to date with TuLotero.

Keeping your personal data up to date is simple but important. It helps us make sure you don’t miss any notifications, winnings, or verification steps if you hit it big. Plus, it’s one of the easiest resolutions you can actually cross off your list today.

It’s really easy and important to keep your information up to date. So here’s a step-by-step guide to getting it done.

1. Once you’re in the TuLotero app, tap the 3 lines on the top left of the app (the “hamburger menu”)
2. Tap on the circle at the top of the menu with your initials to get to your personal data.
3. Make sure all your data is up to date. In particular your phone number and email. If your phone number has changed, we need to change it for you so send us an email at contact@tulotero.com or give us a call at 833-TLOTERO (833-856-8376) and we can take care of it for you. 
4. Make sure to tap save at the bottom.
5. If you change your phone number or email address, we’ll have to reverify to make sure it’s okay but that’s it!

Accurate information means that when you win (and we hope you do), we can reach you right away to confirm your prize. Start the year off strong and take a minute to double-check your details today. It’s one small task that could make a huge difference when fortune looks your way.
